These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website and services provided by At VIP Gentlemen (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
We provide private VTC transportation services in France, primarily between Nice, Saint-Tropez, and surrounding areas. Our services are by appointment and subject to availability.
2. Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or phone.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the service.
Prices are clearly stated before confirmation.
All prices are in Euro and may include applicable taxes.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows or missed pickups are non-refundable.
4. Responsibilities of the Client
* Provide accurate pickup location, time, and contact details.
* Ensure timely presence at the agreed pickup location.
* Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking if the client is disrespectful, under the influence, or poses a risk to safety.
5. Responsibilities of the Company
* Provide a professional, punctual, and safe transfer service.
* Assign clean, comfortable vehicles and qualified drivers.
* Contact clients promptly in case of delays or unexpected changes.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for:
* Delays due to traffic, weather, or events beyond our control.
* Items lost or forgotten in the vehicle (though we’ll try our best to return them).
* Missed flights or appointments due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. Modifications to the Service
We may update or modify our service offerings or website at any time, without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, text, photos, and designs, is the property of VIP Gentlemen and may not be reused without written consent.
9. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Nice, France.
